    Masculine Prestige Return & Refund Policy

    At Masculine Prestige, we are committed to providing high-quality supplements and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you experience any issues with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

    Refunds & Replacements

    If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, you must submit a claim within 30 days of receiving the product. If your package was lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

    • If an issue is found to be our fault, we will either replace the product at no cost or issue a full refund.

    • To submit a claim, please contact our customer support team at info@masculineprestige.com and include:

      • A photo of the issue (if applicable)

      • A brief explanation of the problem

      • Your order number

    • Once your claim is reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of a refund or replacement.

    • If your claim is approved, we will process:

      • Replacements within 3 business days.

      • Refunds via the original payment method within a few business days.

    Exemptions & Non-Refundable Situations

    We do not issue refunds, replacements, or credits in the following cases:

    1. Incorrect Shipping Address

      • If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided, the shipment will be returned. You will be responsible for reshipping costs.

    2. Unclaimed Shipments

      • If a package is returned as unclaimed, you will be liable for the reshipment cost.

    3. Buyer’s Remorse

    4. Customs Rejections

      • If an order is returned due to customs rejection, we will not issue a refund. Customers are responsible for understanding their country’s import regulations and any customs fees.

    Late or Missing Refunds
